Chuey Quintanar here is a living legend. He specializes in portraits—amazing fucking portraits—and angelic work like angels and statues. He’s a humble guy with amazing talent. He uses the same Bishop tattoo machines I use. When the fine-line style started, people were doing it with guitar string, and that skinny needle made the script names and everything come out super fine. Now people have over 20 needle sizes and we're cleaner and more sanitary than most hospitals.
