As featured on The Travel Channel and Food Network, the Phoenix Saloon is a historic bar, restaurant and music venue. Although famous for its chili, Texas Monthly also called its burgers some of the best in the state!

Housed in an old chili factory it makes sense that they do offer chili from mild to hot. If you order the "Killer" chili you have to sign a waiver. The mild is hot enough for me! Great corn bread too. Live music and an old baseball pinball machine.
