Travel from Hemlock Tiny House: 25min This is a great close mountain (hill?) that's low key with simple runs.

Dartmouth Skiway in Lyme Center NH is the local place to down hill ski and snow board. Rentals, lessons, and snacks are available. 13 miles east. Great for beginners and kids.
