“One of the most picturesque tracts of land on the island, Sanford Farm & Ram Pasture is an idyllic place for walking, running, birding and biking, with gorgeous views of North Head and Hummock Ponds and a spectacular undeveloped beach at the southern boundary (about 6 miles round trip from the parking lot). The multiple properties that make up this 780-acre nature preserve are managed by the Land Bank Commission and the Nantucket Conservation Foundation.”
