Revitalize Wellness Center at New Muthaiga

Revitalize is a one-stop-shop wellness centre with a nail salon, gym, smoothie bar, and treatment rooms for scrubs, massages, and more. As you walk in, there’s a lovely aromatic smell wafting through the air and calm, dimmed lighting that makes you feel relaxed from the get-go. When I was there last, I went for the deep tissue massage because I’d been working out a lot and my muscles were incredibly tight. I could not move to save my life before the massage! The masseuse carefully listened to my situation and was excellent. It really helped loosen me up.
