Fort Washington Park is a public park located in the Washington Heights section of Upper Manhattan in New York City. It runs along the banks of the Hudson River next to Riverside Drive and the Henry Hudson Parkway from West 155th Street to Dyckman Street. The George Washington Bridge crosses above…
Hike this green area right next to the river and under the historic George Washington Brigde! Running trail, tennis, fishing, and more available at this park.
We jog & bike here regularly. This path CONTINUES ALL THE WAY TO BATTERY PARK (Statue of Liberty)!
This park is amazing if you have some time to explore. It is right underneath the George Washington Bridge, but you would never know it. There is a cute little lighthouse, that was inspiration for the children's book "The Little Red Lighthouse and the Great Gray Bridge".
