I have rented cars for $15 a day on the weekends (unbelievable!) although they could be more (~$40 or so) depending on demand. Check out the website. This place is literally across the street from me.

I've had good experiences renting from this location. However, they may not be the most timely if you take them up on their slogan "We'll pick you up." :)
