Local PIE SHOP that started in Knoxville and now is famous all around the south with many other locations. If you have not tried it yet, you are missing out! These guys make the best Pecan Pie and our favorite is the 1-40! Perfect for a snack after spending the day exploring Knoxville.

the I-40 pie (pecan pie meets chocolate chip cookie with a little coconut) is my favorite, but I often splurge and get a box of 4 mini-pies in different flavors.
