If you want a true salt cave experience this is the place!!! Wear white socks as the whole cave floor is salt. Such a neat experience and great for the body. Great owners with lots of holistic information.

Until the pandemic Vermont Salt Cave Spa & Halotherapy Center had the distinction of being one of the top five day spas in Vermont for 3 years in a row which is quite an accomplishment given we are in a small town of 1000 persons. They offer salt therapy treatments along with a wide range of different types of massage, foot reflexology and Reiki. Treatments are very affordable starting at just $25 per person. You'll be happy if you stop by!
