NU has delicious food and smoothies. Think healthy fast-casual food. The atmosphere is great for taking your time and doing work or meeting a small group for a quick meal.

NU Cafe is an excellent spot for those who wish to get away from it all and grab a bold cup of coffee and get work done. Located on the easternmost part of Union Sq. it is also one of the newest establishments, but has fit in quite nicely. It is both a cafe and juice bar that specializes in vegetarian and vegan options (i'm not veg and the dishes are incredible). If you want to escape from it all then this is the place to go!
