Sycamore Falls is located in the Fiery Gizzard region of South Cumberland State Park. The trailhead is located just past Tracy City Elementary School on Fiery Gizzard Road. There is a large parking lot with restrooms at the trailhead. Park check-in site 2 miles from Bamboo Bure

Blue Hole Falls (pictured above), Hanes Hole Falls and School Branch Falls can be seen along the Grundy Forest Day Loop Trail, then diverge on to the Fiery Gizzard Trail to see Black Canyon Cascades and Sycamore Falls. With a 3.1 mile hike, you can check out 5 waterfalls! Located in nearby Tracy City, TN, 71 Fiery Gizzard Road.

Sycamore & Bluehole Falls are accessed beginning at the Grundy Forest State Natural Area parking lot in Tracy City. Choose the Grundy Day Loop for a 2.6-mile round-trip hike past Bluehole Falls, Black Canyon Cascades and some facinating geological formations. Take the short 0.6-mile the Fiery Gizzard Trail spur to arrive at Sycamore Falls. The falls feature blue holes - great for swimming during warmer months.
