Authentic old style Milanese Trattoria. Enter Trattoria da Abele and feel like you've taken a time machine back to the 1950's, simply magic! Service is informal and relaxed and the price/quality ratio is great. Risotto is a must!

The search for Old Milan in Milan is almost an impossible mission, which often ends up in places reconstructed in the image and likeness of memories of the past. But the Trattoria da Abele is true vintage, and not a parody. Open since 1979 it is almost obligatory to order risotto.

A must go for the risotto (but also for the other dishes). It's a cosy but low profile restaurant with friendly staff.
