See Great Falls, take a mule-towed canal ride, awesome hiking and biking trails, hike The Billy Goat Trail (strenuous rocky climb but my kids have done it and have been just fine!)

Five minute drive from the farm. Beautiful hike and bike trail along the Potomac River. Easy roundtrip day bike ride to Harpers Ferry WV.
