At the very North of the big Island, this town is super arts-forward with gift shops, cute cafes, and some wonderful day hikes. It can be windy, so be prepared.

Enjoy amazing pizza at the King's View Cafe and see the statue of King Kamehameha while enjoying the lush tropical forests of the north. Drive to the end of the road and enjoy Po'lolu lookout or browse the many boutique shops in Hawi or Kapa'au.
