It houses both ancient and modern artifacts, fossils, and minerals. Exhibits include marine vertebrates with terrestrial ancestors (i.e., whales, sea turtles, seals) and dinosaur specimens, including the skulls of a triceratops and a T-rex! ALWAYS FREE , they recommend voluntary donations of 10$…

Visiting the Redpath Museum feels like looking through an elderly relative's magic attic. It's a colonial collection to be sure--a relic of an era when bringing home a literal mummy from your trip to Egypt was culturally acceptable.
