Beautiful Harbour and the setting for many scenes of the series Poldark. Lots of great places to eat and drink, beautiful, highly recommended for a visit
great place to explore, ship-wreak museum, great restaurants and see where Poldark was filmed
Highly recommend a visit to the small, quaint and historical port of Charlestown. There are many restaurants and things to do there including The Shipwreck Museum with its newly found tin mine tunnel.
Famous as the home of Poldark, the stunning harbour boasts brilliant restaurants, shops, ice creams, a small beach and play area. You can walk down to Charletown along the coastal path, this is not pushchair friendly. Our go to place is The Longstore - their roasts are legendary!
Famous for many a film set but if you're a fan of Poldark then this has to be a must visit. Perminant home to several tall ships that often can be seen sailing in and out of one of the smallest harbours I've seen.
