Conseils des habitants
This museum has interesting exhibits from Ireland's prehistory, including hoards of celtic jewelry and sacrificial bog bodies.
"Dead Zoo" filled with stuffed animals (some native to Ireland, some exotic).
Go see the bog men. That's all you have to know. The rest of the museum is interesting, but not great. The bog men are super interesting, but best of all this museum is free to wander in, take a peak and be ready to have your mind blown!
Defo worth a trip, not too big so doesn't take too long.....the bog bodies are a must see. Doesn't open on Mondays

“Public library with a free Yeats Exhibition on the lower floor. Note: The National Gallery, The National Museum (Archaeology), The National Museum (Natural History- AKA "The Dead Zoo"), and the National Library are all in the same area, so it's worth covering them together. All are free of charge. The Dead Zoo is my personal favourite.”
