Our guest, Doris, loved this sushi restaurant. We're looking forward to trying their signature dish, amaebi (sweet shrimp).
Good sushi within walking distance. They're open until 10pm, so this is a good option if you get in late.
It feels like an authentic Japanese noodle shop, run by Japanese family and it's always busy, frequently frequented by Japanese guests, which speaks volumes. I recommend you order the "Hamachi Kama" as your main dish, not appetizer. I am warning you... you will never order any other japanese dish…
It is a small but authentic sushi place that owned by Japanese. It has a lot of vegetarian options which make it special to visit if you are vegetarian or vegan.

“Good, local, and a solid cup of espresso or mocha. Has oat milk. The vegan donuts from Peeple’s Donut Farm are simply amazing. Get a dozen and then use the leftover ones to make vegan donut French toast (instead of using bread). OMG!”

“Great white cloth tables. Nice wine and food. Close to home. Take the Ohlone path and make a right on Gilman you will see the Restaurant on your left after some other less fancy restaurants. Also there is a Food and Beer Brazilian one if you make a left at Gilman instead of a right”

“Tri. Tip. Sandwich. It’s an outdoor space with a food truck, tables, gas fire pit, and even a kids play area. Let the kids frolic while you guzzle a pint. When you get there there may not be too many spots to sit but the tables turn over quickly and the food comes out fast. ”
