This is a 7 minute walk from the place. They have some recreated Texas landscapes, a magical children's area, and some old relocated limestone/timber cabins from the Hill Country. This is one of my favorite places to walk around. Admission fee for entry.

SABOT is a beautiful place to walk around and relax. They regularly have events that highlight cuisine from their culinary gardens, cooked in their state of the art teaching kitchen. Some of my favorite events are the Cocktail Scavenger hunts and holiday events.

“The DoSeum (The-Doo-See-Um) is San Antonio’s only museum just for children where kids learn by doing, creating and tinkering—instead of just looking and listening. It is comprised of a series of three, two-story exhibit halls totaling 65,000 square feet. Between each exhibit hall, glass facades create daylight-flooded transitional spaces that connect visitors to the additional 39,000 square feet of outdoor exhibit yards.”
