As Mathieu's dad used to say "The most beautiful beaches north of Virginia!". You can't go wrong, but Brackley is where we hang as it's closest to Charlottetown. Sunsets are amazing. And come at night for some stargazing!
A beautiful national park (there is an entrance fee). This is a gorgeous sandy beach with grassy dunes. A lovely place to spend the day in the water or go for a long walk.
Brackley Beach is another lovely white sand beach with dunes as far as the eye can see. It has bathrooms/changerooms and a canteen so is super family friendly but also a little busier during the summer months. Just a short drive down the breathtaking causeway is Covehead with its famous lighthouse…
This is part of the PEI NP, shower facilities and several spots along the way in the park to explore... some beaches and washrooms, some do not. From Dalvay to Brackley, all around a great stop... you will need to pay a fee to enter the park.
