Hilo Ocean Adventures is a great one-stop shop for fishing, boat tours, snorkeling and scuba diving. You can also rent kayaks and other equipment from them.

Paddle boarding on Hilo Bay is REALLY good. You are can rent boards from Hilo Ocean Adventures or Kapoho Kine next door at the Naniloa Hotel. Easy to learn, and the views from Hilo Bay are amazing.

Rent stand-up paddle boards or kayaks and launch from Reed’s Bay across the street. We often see sea turtles there, and we love to paddle all the way around Coconut Island.
