International experience. Go to San Ysidro on the blue line, then walk to Tijuana's Gastronomic District. Beware that during COVID-19 the crossing back to the US may be delayed (unless you're an essential worker).

Visit at your own risk. If you go during the day its very touristy and fairly safe, but I wouldn't party at night any more. Gang's are running the show these days.
