(15 minute drive from the cabin) The Ben Tyler Trail is a 12 mile out-and-back trail, considered a challenging route - It takes an average of 7 hours to complete. Beautiful 11.8 mile hike, moderate to hard, with not too many people. Trailhead is 40 mins from RD3 cabin. Great for fall aspen viewing!
