Nicer seating outside on back patio, but sunshine can be an issue and bees because of the flowers they decorate with. Looks out over the water, but it is not at a very scenic section. Obviously, not open when its -17 degrees. Restaurant not very clean. Glass ware is face down on tables when you get seated, and table tops are sticky and shellacked. This is your water glass that you're going to drink from? YUK! Anyway, this place gets busy for happy hour because there have free food. Salads are good here, you can add grilled chicken, salmon. The jumbo chicken wings are good- and we're from Buffalo, LOL! Bands play here also for happy hours.

We like to have a drink in the bar and dinner on their deck.

In addition to being a pretty good restaurant, it has a bar with a good selection of beer and a deck looking out over the Raquette River. It caters to a wide variety of people but primarily college students after 9 PM when the universities are in session.
