Classic example of a Victorian park, designed by Sir Joseph Paxton, and which measures 34 hectares (85 acres). Its set on the banks of the River Kelvin, and is (in my opinion) the best park in Glasgow. Depending on time of day / year, you may find joggers, cyclists, students, dog walkers, skaters…
One of Glasgow's most loved parks. It's a place for joggers, walkers, parents with strollers, and lots of students pretending to study as they enjoy the nature around them.
Glasgow is spoiled for beautiful parks, this one has great views and is beside the art gallery & museum on the way to Glasgow Uni
This park surrounds the art museum and is also located near Glasgow University. This is a great place to head for a lovely stroll and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

“Practically across the road from the flat is this fantastic green space. Home to a children’s play park, tea house, picnic benches, specular monkey puzzle trees, food cart, river walks along the river Kelvin, squirrels, a glass house, and the iconic Kibble palace. This is the round glass building close to the main entrance which houses many almost hypnotic goldfish, exotic plants to learn about.”

“Another cracking free museum in Glasgow with an amazing, recreated cobbled Glasgow street of a time gone by. Also houses the Tall Ship, which was built in1896 and is the only remaining Clyde built sailing vessel afloat in the UK and an icon of Glasgow ship building heritage.”
