The trail to enter this bird preserve is to the right of the driveway for the white house next to me. A short climb up a hill opens up to lots of trails. This is a bird preserve that is not really used by anyone in the city except this neighborhood. It is a pretty private gem of a park for your pleasure. There is a big meadow, a creek, and if you go straight over the old wooden bridge, in about 4 minutes you'll come to a playground (about 10-15 mins walk from my door). There is also a large out door community pool behind the meadow and baseball fields that is open for anyone in the summer for $3 person.
