Simply one of the best bakery in Hong Kong! They make organic sourdough bread, a wide range of bread such as cornmeal bread, rye bread, spelt bread, wheat bread, cookies, cupcakes and so on and so on. They also sell delicious vegan sourdough pizza on some weekends, combined with kombucha. A must visit place
