Is literally a "mini city" for the kids where "they learn to be an adult" earning cash and expending it in a very secure closed place. It's inside "Plaza Rio"

Kids love this place. There are mini versions of stores and services like a grocery store, hospital, gas station, beauty parlor etc where kids can pretend they are adults. Located in Plaza Rio where there’s also a movie theater, stores and restaurants. In Tijuana.
