Windmill boasts a mellow, welcoming vibe; it’s a place for locals to congregate. Even its logo is down to earth: a simple image of a windmill that looks as if it could have been transported from the 1970s. "We just wanted to be low-key and quiet and doing our best to make the best beer we can.”
