The park is lovely to walk through any time of the year, for years people have strolled the promenade & stopped to just admire the scenery, absorb nature or feed the ducks. There's an easy low level walk or stepper inclines if you want to run & add a bit more exertion. During the summer months (late May through to September) the paddling pool is very popular with families . There's also a skatepark, bowling green, tennis courts, crazy golf & children's playpark.
