Lovely State Park just outside of Charlevoix. Located on 6 miles of Lake Michigan Shoreline with views of nearby Fisherman's Island. Excellent camping and picnicking.

This beach is a hidden gem. You can park and will have to hike the road in, but the beach is likely the best along Lake Michigan. It is also known for beautiful sunsets.

This is a beautiful state park in Charlevoix that is a treasure-trove of Petoskey stones. Be sure to visit this park for sunset. Pretty, pretty.
