Novios is, by far, our number 1 choice for fine dining in Bangor. The high end cocktails, spectacular food and intimate setting make this place a perfect date night choice. Do plan to make reservations before going in. The owner, Bob, has made it very easy to do so on his website. Let us know if you go in as we would love to hear all about your dining experience.

The menu is small, selective, and the items are representative of the education, training, travels and experiences of the chef. We feature meats, seafood and produce from local farms, fisherman and other purveyors. The menu offers vegetarian and gluten free options, beautiful soups and salads, and fresh pasta. Hands-down our favorite restaurant in Bangor. Craft cocktails, locally sourced proteins, & the grow most of their own veggies year round. The Lobster Chowder is incredible. Reservations recommended...available directly or on OpenTable.
