Split Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse located only a short 15 minute drive away at Airey’s Inlet. This lighthouse was used in the popular TV show ‘Round the Twist’. The climb to the top will reward you with a magnificent 360-degree coastal view and the tour guide will fill you on the shipwreck history of the region. This is one of my favourite morning tea spots. I also recommend a stop at the Airey's Inlet bookshop too if you have time.

The most iconic landmark of the Aireys Inlet and Fairhaven area has to be the Split Point Lighthouse. Stunning views and loads of history, including a starring role in the "Round the Twist" TV series in the 90s. You can walk around the lighthouse and do the coastal walks at no cost, or there are tours of the lighthouse at a cost from the tour vendor: splitpointlighthouse.com.au
