Pappagallo is one of our favourite restaurants. Although it is a bit of a drive, the dishes and service are well worth it!

A fine italian dining restaurant with a great ambience! The restaurant has a unique Cayman -stlye silver thatch roof, overlooking a salt water lagoon (at the entrance of Barkers National park) with an unforgettable parrot enclosure next to the dining area.
