An excellent spot for Date Night. Absinthe Food is the #2 rated restaurant in all of Vancouver and it's on Commercial Drive! We LOVE the owners because their service is warm and friendly and the food is amazing.

Excellent French bistro, fantastic chef. Small restaurant, so make reservations. Well worth it. They serve a fixed menu every day of local foods. Delicious!

Wonderful French cuisine on the Drive. The food, ambience and service are all delivered with style and quality. The small intimate restaurant has a particularly cozy feel on wet winter nights and the menu prices are very reasonable.

What is interesting about this place is the chef has a fresh menu every day. You will only have a few options to choose from but you can guarantee they will be fresh and yummy. The place is tiny but charming. Great food for good value
