Here you can try different takes on Colombian food or Colombian ingredients. For example, the lulo salsa they serve with the fried plantain chips is amazing. This is on the high end of dining in Medellin.

This is my favorite restaurant. It is better to reserve in advance and I recommend sharing starters other than getting a main course. Some of my favorite dishes are: Tuna tartar Mango salad salmón tataki slowed cooked ribs
