You can rent bikes at the super friendly spot only 5-7 minutes away - depending on how fast you walk up the steep hill to Amsterdam. It's very inexpensive and it's close to bike lanes that can take you down to the amazing riverside bike paths along the Hudson River or to Central Park and beyond to points downtown. This is a great spot.

Bike shop that rents bikes for $20/day. Super friendly. I'd highly recommend renting a bike and riding along the Hudson on the greenway.

You can rent a bike here for $30 for the whole day! I mean this is very cheap and you can bike from here to the Brooklyn bridge! No kidding!!
