Very convenient as its close to the railway station and bus terminus with plenty of free parking, a restaurant and dedicated children's area. It's very popular and really busy in the months leading up to Christmas.

Lakeland is a brilliant shop full of quality, innovative kitchenware and products. Well worth spending a few hours in and has a great cafe too. Literally across the road from Windermere train station.
