There are often events on for children here in the summer, including dressing up as pirates or knights, birds of prey and story telling. The views across the estuary are awesome and its a lovely place to be.

An English Heritage attraction, this fortress was built by Henry VIII between 1504 and 1542. It also played an important role in defending Falmouth during WWI and WWII. You can walk around the grounds and also around the moat for free.
