The first place I think of when I want Mexican, and not too far, in Rainier Valley. Sadly, you can no longer eat on the bus, but their carne asada burritos and lengua tacos are still great! I wish their nacho fries were crispy like they used to be. Still hits the spot, though. Make sure to ask for escabeche (pickled carrots, jalapeños) and lime on the side!
