Conseils des habitants
Eugene invented Saturday Market. No, really they did. It's great local merchandise and some good food carts and farmers market as well.
The best place to park is in the parking garage located on Oak Street between 10th and 11th Avenues.
A Eugene institution. Outdoor market with booths for local artists and food vendors. In the winter, visit the Holiday Market at the Lane County Fairgrounds.
A fun, eclectic, variety of artists with live music and locally sourced food stands. On the surrounding streets there is a farmer's market with fresh, local produce and friendly people. The Saturday Market is a fun way to experience a taste of Eugene.

“This little spot is a wonderful and special place to visit. The building is gorgeous and the museum hosts many fantastic displays of local history including NW peoples, animals, botany and geology and artifacts including the worlds oldest shoes! We love this sort of thing! It's located on the U of O campus as well. We walked around alone and it took us about an hour and a half. Well worth it. ”
