Great for dinner, glass blowing demonstrations, shopping, and a beautiful view of the water fall. Reservation for dining are a MUST.
Don’t miss seeing the glass blowing downstairs. And walk outside for an amazing view of the covered bridge and water. Great photo op!
Simon Pearce is a wonderful all-around experience. Situated in a converted mill, the restaurant overlooks the spectacular mill falls. You can watch glassblowers as they work during daytime hours, and shop in the beautiful (but expensive) flagship store before dinner. We prefer eating lunch here so…
Veranda with waterfall. Again worth going just to see the shopping experience.
Fueled by the rushing Ottauquechee, our turbine-powered glassblowing studio is the place to watch artisans trained in Simon’s techniques create functional works of art. Our award-winning farm-to-table restaurant also overlooks the river, and our bar is a sweet place for a sip and a snack.
