Just a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Francia in Recoleta. They have temporary exhibitions so you'll have to check their website to learn what's on.

A National Art Gallery with many temporary exhibitions... lots of them dedicated to photography / visual and even performatic art. Entrance is free ;)
