The nicest people run this pocket-size bar, with a list carved from the world’s best natural wine producers. There’s a decided focus on grower Champagne and an exceptional collection of German riesling, and all the wines are from farmer-growers who work organically, or from producers who source from organic or biodynamic farms. A great place to while away the hours. Seek out the ever-lovely Gabrielle Webster—omnipresent in the bar—and ask which riesling she’s currently drinking. Her suggestions are always a surprise and a delight.

Commemorating one of Darlinghurst's more shady charachters from the inter-war years Tilly ran a string of brothels centred around Darlinghurst and the Cross, and in particular, Palmer Street. Luckily those days are long gone but the vibe lives on!

A small wine bar hidden in a back lane. Amazing wine list, very fun staff. A romantic spot for a glass of wine as well and nice food. Can have a full meal there or just some snacks. Romantic.
