5 minutes away! Great for families, a picnic and enjoying a scenic local beach and rocky coastline.
Also very close by - a bike ride or 2 minute drive. Beautiful sandy beach with granite slabs and coastal woodland trails
Enjoy a great day at the beach ! Sit on the sand or on the beautiful flat rocks and enjoy the views and breezes. The far ebd of the beach has a nice smooth sand bottom going into the water.

“ Café Miranda in Rockland. Crazy eclectic décor and menu. Something for everyone and I mean everyone. You must check out the menu! Did I say crazy eclectic? Incredible flavors, many dishes cooked in wood fired oven. Seafood, steak, pasta, salads, American, Italian, Polish, burgers, pizza, chicken, veal, fresh vegetables, vegan, homemade bread etc. If Elvis and LL Bean opened up a restaurant together it would be Café Miranda! I love sitting at the 4 person chef’s bar and watch them cook! ”

“The Strand Theatre is a historic performing arts venue in downtown Rockland, Maine. Built in 1923 in the wake of a fire that destroyed part of the downtown, it is a rare example of Egyptian Revival architecture, and the only one of three theaters built in Rockland in that period to survive. Now owned by a non-profit, it continues to present films as well as musical and theatrical productions. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.”
