Chalerm Kanjanapisek National Park is a riverside public park. Free entry. It was estrablished 1996 BE for the 50th Anniversary Celebrations of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne (King Rama 9). It is also maintaining the plants and animal diversity in Nonthaburi. It is forbidden to fish in the park since it's "A forgiving zone" which means no (Buddhism) sins shall be committed, this includes the killing of any animals. The park is very popular to the locals for jogging, tai chi in the morning, and aerobic dance in the evening. Open everyday 5.30am-6.30pm. Can be reached by going to Nonthaburi pier and take the raft to go across the river. Then hop on a motorbike hire for about 20THB to the park. If taking tuktuk or taxi it shouldn't cost more than 50THB.
