Tom Miner Basin

This is one of the top places in the greater Yellowstone area to see grizzly bears and moose. Just drive and look into the fields and forests with binoculars. You are bound to see animals in the late afternoon/dusk.

Because with good binoculars, on most days you can view grizzly bears in the wild. From the safety of the road, several hundred yards away of course :)

A beautiful scenic road that ends with a campground. Moose are often seen by BBar Ranch. Hike to Ramshorn Peak and see petrified wood along the way. Bears are prevalent so take bear spray!
