Delicious meals, often an older crowd, but still friendly to families. Make a reservation on holiday weekends b/c students from Colby Sawyer college often dine here when their parents are in town.

Elegant. A beautiful Inn dating back to 1792. The Coach House restaurant is inside the Inn. Exemplary cuisine masterfully prepared by Executive Chef James Watebury, pairing fresh local foods with finest ingredients available.

“A State park located a couple miles from the site. For hikers, there is a trail head that will get you started on your way to the top of Mt. Kearsarge (a moderate hike) where you get a spectacular view of the valley. At the base camp, there are picnic tables, BBQ pits, and a playground. It's a wonderful place for an outing. ”
