Suffolk Park From the point adjacent to Jarman Street in Suffolk Park, walk north towards the boundary of Arakwal National Park. This is about as near as you can get to a National park with your dog.
The local National Park managed bythe Arakwal people. Opportunities to learn about local customs, flora and fauna from the traditional custodians, book tours through the National Park office.
Head east down Scott Street to the Arakwal NP, it's 400 meters through the NP to Tallow's Beach. Great beach for a long walk, but for swimming I'd recommend Clarke's Beach
and Beach, 8 minute walk on a trail to the Beach or Tallow Creek for freshwater swims.

“Special night out? Look no further than St Elmo’s - amazing food, and a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere. The only drawback is snaring a table as, even on a quiet night, St Elmo’s is often booked out, so remember to book early. Whether you start at the bar or head straight to your table for some of the Bay’s best tapas, you‘re assured of a fantastic evening at this superb venue. REMEMBER: Put on your best holiday outfit and head to St Elmo’s for a night to remember! Open 7 nights a week from 5 pm st elmos byron bay ”
