Great coffee in the coffee shop. Restaurant is classic breakfast joint. Advertises as best hangover restaurant in town. Thankfully, I don't know.

Good, cheap, fast breakfast served by super-friendly folks. They never slack on the coffee refills and the breakfast menu is traditional American ham-and-eggs, with some Korean specialties also on the menu you won't find in other breakfast restaurants. Joy, the proprietor, is almost always there, and has become a local celebrity. Brail's always takes the "Best Hangover Breakfast" category in the Eugene Weekly's annual Best of Eugene competition. Not too far from the bike path, on Willamette and 17th.
